Sometimes you need a To-Scale drawing of the space you want to transform so you can
brainstorm BEFORE you call in the architect. Or, you just need to translate your hand sketch layout into professional and presentable floor plans. Using special software, we can provide professional layouts and 3D visual effects to help see your space before putting a lot of money into the project.
Another design option is realistic renderings. Say you want some built—in cubbies. We take a pictures of the existing space, then using software, we will draw the cubbies on the photo so you can visually see the end product before any demo or construction starts. This has worked well with clients that find multiple elements they like on Pinterest and would want to incorporate these elements into their space.

A current photo will be taken of your space you with to transform. This can be as simple as a shelving unit or custom bench to something larger like a new deck or pool in you r yard.

We will talk about your thoughts, desires, and wishes for the space. Prism will draw what your space could look like, then we will chat! Prism will add in some different elements that you might not have thought of to provoke new thoughts and ideas. If a second drawing is deemed nessasary, we will combine the best elements of the drawings and notes to make a polished end result to align with your ultimate goal.
Reality...of Your Current Space
When it comes time to execute and build, everyone knows what the end should look like! For smaller jobs or custom one-off projects, Prism can follow through on building. For large jobs, or if you would like to perform the project in stages and use your own contractors, you are welcome to take the rendered drawings to show the workers that will be performing the work. Having a visual end product that everyone knows will improves efficiency, eliminate confusions, and helps contractors plan accordingly while avoiding pitfalls.
